1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Perishable items like candies and consumables are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
- Medicines and health-related products are non-returnable once delivered, except in case of damage or wrong item received.
3. Refund Process
- Once the issue is verified, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
4. Required Proof
- Clear images or videos of the damaged/incorrect product and packaging are required for verification.
5. Shipping Charges
- No return shipping charges will be applied for approved returns due to damaged or incorrect items.
